Select 70C-7 is ideal for those situations where lower spatter and fume levels than Select 70C-6 are desired. This composite metal cored electrode is primarily designed for horizontal fillet and flat position weldments.

- The low fume levels (up to 40% lower than conventional metal cored electrodes) reduce worker exposure in more difficult to ventilate areas.
- Typical applications would be car and truck frames, structural steels, trailers and earthmoving equipment.
